The Heath Lambert Consulting (HLC) Annuity Solutions Service provides you with the means of finding one of the most competitive annuity rates at retirement. The aim is to maximise the income available to you from your existing Pension Fund(s).

By utilising the Open Market Option (OMO) you have the choice to purchase your pension income from an alternative provider, if the amount available is higher than that offered by your current provider.

It is important to understand that in providing this service HLC will not be providing you with any financial advice or a personal recommendation. The service allows you to select the basis of the annuity and then searches the market for a competitive product matching your requirements. The service is therefore provided on an execution-only basis, meaning that you confirm to us that you have neither sought nor received a personal recommendation.

For fund values in excess of £50,000 (after payment of any Pension Commencement Lump Sum) quotations will be provided from a range of annuity providers.

In order to provide annuities for fund values under £50,000, after researching the market HLC has elected to enter into agreements with two leading providers - Legal & General for 'standard term' annuities and Just Retirement for 'enhanced' annuities. Quotations provided for this level of fund value will automatically be from either of these providers depending on your current state of health.

If having read the guide you decide that annuity purchase may not be suitable for you and you would like further assistance or financial advice, please contact the helpline number detailed within the site.

If however you understand the options available and you require annuity quotations, please proceed. Once you have decided on the basis (and provider) of your annuity please follow the instructions to print the necessary documentation and return it to HLC Annuity Solutions at the address provided. HLC will then process and finalise the necessary paperwork for you.
